On our first showing, she arrived early, found the condos (so we weren't wondering all over) and contacted each listing agent, so she could answer most of my questions during the walk-thrus. She anticipated that I would take issue with the smell in one unit and was able to air the place out a bit before I arrived (helped but weird smell lingered). After these showings, I asked her to find a few more for me to look at with specific parameters. And she delivered! So much so, that I am now considering the ones she found, instead of mine, as my top choices. She is tech savvy - sent links to a spreadsheet via text with times of showings and notes on all of the properties seen. This has been extremely helpful to assist in finalizing my selection process. She is friendly, knowledgeable of the area, professional, and again, she listens to the client. She is also realistic - does not make wild promises.
