Do you have a minimum net number in mind that would make the sale worthwhile? We’ll review ownership details, improvements made, documentation, and any decision‑makers involved.
If time is on your side, we’ll use it strategically, selecting an ideal market window rather than rushing to list.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll formalize our partnership and begin preparing the home. I’ll advise on which updates or improvements will meaningfully impact value—and which won’t—always with ROI in mind.
I’ll gather bids amongst competing vendors, manage projects we agree upon, coordinate inspections, and guide you through seller disclosures. Together, we’ll compile a thorough disclosure packet that tells a clear, honest story about your home; one buyers trust.
When the home is ready, we’ll arrange professional photography and create tailored marketing, including a dedicated property website. Thoughtful visuals, intentional copy, and strategic exposure bring it all together. Then, we go live.
We'll go live, negotiate, close and celebrate!
Your home will launch on the MLS, across my marketing channels, and within my professional network. I’ll host open houses, manage showings, and monitor buyer activity closely.
When offers arrive, we’ll review them together on your chosen timeline. Negotiations will vary depending on market conditions and interest level, but I’ll guide you through the options clearly so you can choose with confidence. Once we’re under contract, I’ll manage the process through contingencies, escrow, and closing.
On closing day, funds are released, keys are delivered, and you’re free to move forward; hopefully feeling proud of the outcome and excited for what’s next!
