Meet Elisabeth
A Maryland resident since elementary school, a Montgomery College graduate, and a Montgomery County homeowner, Elisabeth is part Marylander, part transplant. Thus, she has a unique understanding of two sets of clientele: the people who grew up here and the people who move(d) here for work. Before real estate, her background was in digital media and hospitality, two fields that shape how she works today.
Born in Michigan and raised as a military brat from a split household, Elisabeth moved often growing up, and she learned early on what a stable home is worth. For her, real estate started as a practical decision in a changing job market. It quickly became work she's passionate about, because she understands first-hand what stability makes possible; and that homeownership is the most reliable way to build it.
Her work in hospitality taught her to notice what people need before they have to ask. She enjoys the detail-heavy side of this work, the part many people find overwhelming. Her work in Digital Media taught her that design IS, in itself, strategy. It taught her that presentation shapes buyer decisions; and how client experience shapes outcomes. She brings both to her work as a Real Estate Advisor.
A Type-A personality, Elisabeth takes an education-first, analytical approach. Before her clients make any decision, she wants them to understand what's happening, why it matters, and what their options are, explained in plain English and without pressure.
She works throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding communities and especially enjoys working with first-time buyers who aren't sure where to start. She remembers being the one with a million questions, and her goal is for every client to finish the process confident in a decision they'll still feel good about five to ten years from now, not just at closing.
